Anyone know how I can tell the difference? I might be getting a new aftermarket clutch soon, so I need to eliminate my options...Thanks folks.

cable has a big fork lever on the front. a hydro will have a slave cylinder in the front with a rubber boot over it.

Not necessarily. I have a hydro trans in my crx. But I am running hasport mounts with their conversion so I can run a hydro trans.
Again tell us the type of trans and you will get an answer.
