at the least take the plugs off and look for signs of water and if there is, change the plugs and oil.

thanks. this was on a regular intake with a Injen extension.

i replaced the plugs already, and will change the oil when i get the chance. the car is running fine now.

if by any chance could i have broken something, when though the car is running ok? im scared i might have cracked a rod or something. should i take my oil pan out and check?

thanks.

Have you done a compression test? If you bent a rod, it should show up a little low.

If it's broken, you should be able to tell by the hole in the side of your block. Or you can pull out your spark plugs and see if the pistons go up and down.

if your car is running, most likely you didn't break a rod, just get it compression tested.

just be safe and cut your cai!! lol..i cut mine and saved the other end so that when the rainy and snowy season subsides, then I can put it back on. but for now..be safe. I know i know...people with cai are sure that hydrolock is next to impossible but you know what? better safe then sorry. cut it.
