Default How's this install sound to you guys?

This is for a 98 civic coupe Ex.... (CR-VTEC , b16 head and tranny)

Does this all sound right to you guys and How about the price? Reasonable?
A friend of mine is thnking of going to a shop that quoted him this...

"that swap runs approx 4400.00 the reason it is so costly is because 1st of all that swap requires a hydraulic transmission (which is expensive) you have to buy the complete b16 conversion and also the complete b20 long block then swap the heads.(requires head gasket and external oil line. after all that is done you still have to convert the car from obd2 to obd1 this requires a pigtail harnes and a obd1 e.c.u . lonng story short your vehicle is a little costly to swap any motor into ...4400.00"
