How in the world do you change the rotor on a 95 Civic EX / Si???

How in the world do you change the rotor on a 95 Civic EX / Si???
Hey guys, I was trying to change the rotor on my buddy's Civic EX (Si in Canada) with the 127 hp VTEC motor in case I've confused you.
Anyways, last time we tried, we couldn't get the screw on the shaft of the rotor to turn! Tried everything. Recently, when we opened it up, the screw was no longer visible since it was under that black plastic thing that I guess covers some other components?
There are these 2 screws that face you too...but that looks like it would take out the entire assembly (I think it's called an ignitor maybe)?
ANY help is appreciated! I just need to know if there is a trick to doing this or if I just have brute force the thing (assuming that I can see the stupid screw!)

remove the engine undercover and turn the crank with a 19mm socket. it should turn the rotor and allow you to access the bolt

Sorry to be such a pain...where's the engine undercover? I don't know very much about Civic's unfortunately.

make life easy on you, take off the dist cap, have someone bump the ignition till the the screw is accessable, itll be easier if one person watches for teh screw while the other turns the key..

and make sure your finger is on the ignitor!
