Icon2 How should I get my lip nice and flush?

98' the lip is SiR.

I have it bolted up, not with the real hardware, I just used fat washers up inside the bumper.

It's on tight, no doubt.

Just there is one side that has a big gap.

What should I do? Does double sided tape ruin a bumper?

You mean the lip was rubbing on the bumper and causing paint to chip?

Yeah I'm not worried about how it will look being taped, I know it will make it flush, but I don't want it to damage my bumper.

I guess I'm just wondering now about how many people use tape.

double sided tape should be fine, i had a mugen
lip on my em1 all summer with tape and just took
it off a couple weeks ago and it came off fine,
besides needing a little clean up from the tape
being a little sticky...ill post up pics tomorrow
if you need so.

That would be great if you have time. Thanks.

Also, do you have any idea of the tape you used?

If you didn't have any problems with it I would like to try to get the same brand.
