How to put a gsr gauge cluster on my 95 ex????

you have 2 choices
1: Install without clear plastic cover (no cutting)
2: Install and cut away at the back of your bezel till you can fit the cluster in with out removing the clear plastic cover from the cluster... I have a pic somewhere of mine installed if you look closely you can see where I cut... another picture in the Sticky threads is where i got the idea from...
