How much is does it cost to lower a car?
I got a 94 ex ej1 and i wanna lower it atleast to the tire. . will that give any type of attention towards cops to want them to stop me? and how low can i go without getting pulled over? and whats the price?

It can cost anywhere between $50 to $5,000.
Maybe you better say what your budget is.
As for your other question? Who knows? NO one has any idea what the cops are like in your area, wherever that is.

it depends what you're willing to spend, and your plans with the car. I've used just Tein Lowering spring, to full coilovers. Price ranges from $100 (if you get used), and up to around $4000.
If you're lowering it, I would strongly suggest a camber kit, when adjusted, it will correct your wheel angle, and prevent any excessive wear on your tires. Its not needed, but if you're like me, you don't want to buy new tires every couple months.

Attention you will get as soon as you pull out the drive way, I have a 96 ex coup and get looked at all day but when i drive my turbo diesel not a glance... funny how that works...Are you puting rim on too? Price well what are you going with coil overs, spring, full damper coil over, price range from $50 on ebay to $1500 its what you want to spend... I have skunkworks on mine and you I said skunkwork i have a 96 ex and i have one of the first pair had my car a long time and i like them the first pair was hondasports and they where just spring and i like the use of ajusteding them and for getting pulled over and taking rim off ect ect....good luck
