Trying to find a used SI in the DFW area. Moving to Houston & need a stock car w/ some go also w/ a price range under 20K out the door. So, did you guys buy your SI stock or modded and for how much? Mileage too?

When I had it I paid 17,800 out the door. I have seen some used car ads for the 99-00 civic si and the resale vale is very good. For example I was this one add. Totoally stock si, 28,000 miles asking 17,500 from dealership.

Hello, I also live in the DFW area (Arlington) and I am planning on getting a new car this summer, either a Si or a EX coupe. Does anybody know of a good place to find used civics in this area?? Also, off topic, now I drive a 93' LX, would my insurance go up significantly with a Si???? or what about the EX??? I pay $135/month for my car's insurance now, and I am 20 years old with 1 tickect history (trying to set up defensive driving for that). Thanks.

I bought my Si 1yr 1/2 ago payed $14,000. It had I/H/E system "17 RH C2. It only had 40,000. I have every maintenance record starting from day one.

I saw a couple of SI's for sale on autotrader but they are all modded. I want a completely stock SI. I'm pretty much out of the scene and just want a daily driver w/o worry'n about potholes, camber, passing inspection, etc....

I actually almost bought a white 2003 Civic SI last night but me & my mom thought 22,900.00 was too much for a dayam Civic, SI or not, its still only gonna be a civic.

I paid $18,600 including taxes. Came with spoiler, factory alarm and moonroof visor. The 1999-2000 Sis hold their value quite well. Whatever you do, don't purchase one from a dealer, they will rape you. If you really want an Si, they are out there. Take your time. If I could go back, I would've bought a new ITR... Good luck..

BTW, mine is for sale EBP, stock suspension back on (5000 miles) body 45,000, and I'm getting a stock engine to put into it. $14500 with engine, $12,000 roller
