The amount of boost a motor can take depends on the method of FI is....if it's turbo what size turbo is it? what time frame are you talking about 1 minute? 1 year? what condition is the motor in?
to throw an example out there for you a kid from my town had a bone stock b16 tuned on pumpgas on 20 psi from a gt35r turbo and it lasted probably 4-5 months with consistent trips to the track, atleast one netting a 10.8 1/4 mile time on slicks. the car made i think 430+whp.

Not with a B16...
but my friends is pretty much stock around 200 whp and its a DD

No way a bone stock B16 is putting down 430+whp at 20 psi. Theoretically the most that motor could put down would be about 300 whp. Unless we are talking about an anomaly of vtec creation that came from the factory with about 200 whp or he is racing at -3000 feet of elevation.
