you can buy a short ram which will double the noise simply cause it sits in the engine bay not in the fender wall... other than that dont know what to tell you....

there shouldn't be a resonator on an AEM cold air intake
...the only thing i can think of is the bypass valve (if you have one)?

The resonator refers to a factory intake. You take that out when you install the CAI.

Put one of those whistle things in there. Like what they had for your exhuast that made it sound incredible annoying and ear bleeding.
Why do you want to make it louder?? So it sounds like a turbo with that little whistle/hiss it makes???
