Default How good is a mini me?

I have a 99 civic ex head.I was thinking of doing a mini me set up.How good and powerful are these swaps or should i just buy a ex bottom end.I wanna go turbo?

i would actually recommend NOT doing the mini-me if you want to go turbo...

tuning without VTEC is much easier.

Yeah, but the VTEC will be a full second faster and can be easily tuned with a VAFC.

turbo will make anything powerful.

Good can mean soo many things. good on gas, good on reliability, good in the 1320.. etc..

I have a mini me setup. It's better than just the y7, but I'm still swapping it out for the b16a2. Good luck on it.

I will have this very soon, i have the y8 minime right now and its a lot better than stock
