how to fix?
i think i have a short in my headlight switch in my eg. when i turn the switch to parking lights on my dash lights are still on but when i turn the switch for the headlights to be on my dash lights go off. what's an easy fix for this?

i've checked all the fuses and they're fine like i said it's only when i cut the headlights on that the dash lights cut off. i can ease the switch back a little in between the headlights being on and the parking lights being on and have my headlights and dash lights on at the same time. any other idea's?

If it was a damn fuse problem, the lights wouldn't work at all!!! Geez... If there was a short, the fuse would blow. It's neither of those.
Most likely the combo switch has gone bad. Replacement is the best option.
