How do I reset my Req'd Maintenance Light??

How do I reset my Req'd Maintenance Light??
After 10,000 miles, my Req'd Maintenance Light went on and stays on all the time...I do my own maintenance on my car...but there is not little button to reset that light...
Contacted Honda dealer...said to press the Mile Counter Button while the ignition key was turned once, but that did not work.
I have a 2004 Honda Civic EX...I really appreciate the help...Thanks
