Take out your Transtop if you have it.

Take out spare tire and tools.

Get a new header, replace exhaust system piping, new lightweight muffler.

Replace flywheel with a lighter unit.

Get carbon fiber or fiberglass hood. Paint it.

Remove heater core.
Remove airconditioning.
Remove splash guards, mud flaps.
Replace powersteering rack with manual.

Remove sun visor assembly
Remove trunk roof holder if not Transtop equipped.

Replace wheels and lugnuts with lightweight models and tires.

Retrograde brakes to smaller size if necessary.

Run near minimum fluid levels if possible.

..just the start of it..

only have one cam instead of 2.....del sol's extra weight is in the doors as reinforcements for the removeable roof..im not too into the stripped car look but i got rid of everything in my trunk..other then the jack....and got a carbn hood...u could prolly get rid of the storage bins behind hte seats..those are pretty worthless anyway...u could al;ways et rid of thoe ugly floor mats the sols come with

i do this to save weights..
diet plan..but i gain 20 lbs(didnt work out quiet right)
got rid of my shirt, jeans, shoes, underwear...lose 5 lbs(got arrested after driving for about 10 mintues...)
broke up with my girlfriend, lose 120 lbs(actually she dumped me, cause i'm getting too fat)
kick the homeless guy outta my car..lose 170 lbs(i think that's how much he weight, he lived in my car for a good while)
i know this is not helping, i'm just bored....later on guys
