Default How can I fix this

I just drove through the worst thunderstorm i've ever seen, couldn't see **** in it, and thought everything was fine, until I saw this:

Whats the best way to fix this. Obviously now my filter is exposed . Is there a whole new fender lining I can buy, besides from the stealership? Whatever did this just ripped it down the middle, I think it was a large puddle or something because there is no damage done to my bumper.

You can just use some sheet metal from Lowes to close that hole again. You really don't need anything there in the first place though, so I wouldn't sweat it.

I've got next to none of those linings left. You don't really need them, but if you really want them, you can get them from the dealership.

You can buy replacement fender lining off of ebay. Its like 50$ a side or something like that.

I too went in a thunderstorm and the same thing happened except my whole splash guard got rip off and floated away somewhere. A couple days later I went
to a junkyard a bought one for $20. IMO i would get one because then you don't get a bunch of rocks and **** up in there.
