How to adjust clutch pedal???
hey i have a 97 civic dx and i was wondering if it is possible to adjust the clutch pedal so that it will engage lower to the floor. i am not a huge fan of the long stroke to engage it after driving a few friends cars so i was wondering if there was a way to do this. thanks in advance.

you could always just not push the clutch in as far and that will take care of the engagement points.
OTHERWISE, if you look up at where the clutch pedal mounts to the firewall, you will see a pin with a cotter pin through it. remove the cotter pin, and pull the pin out. the bracket is threaded and there is a lock nut there as well. adjust it along the threaded bolt to where you want it. it will take some fine adjustments and in and out of the vehicle, but thats the only way to adjust the clutch pedal engagement with a hydraulic system.

If you're carful with a set of non-marring pliers you don't even have to take the pin out. Just loosen the nut and turn the pushrod carefully. You don't want to scratch it because you'll wreck the mc seals if you do.
