Icon5 Honda CRX/Civic Del Sol headlights

Hello, has anyone here have bought brand new headlights for Del Sol?

I am looking for European variants, because I am from Europe, Lithuania. European headlights is a must, otherwise I won't pass MOT.

It seems like all European variants are gone and only USDM/UKDM and JDM's are left.

Please help, if you saw any, post here..

That's...that's not how it works. There's something special about EDM headlights. They're required to be glass. Unless you're recommending that OP take up glass molding as a hobby?

OP, your best bet would be to start looking through junkyards.

The first thing I tried was looking into junkyards. No luck there. Only ~12 cars for parts in our car classifieds.

The problem OEM Del Sol headlights has is that reflectors tend to rust, therefore headlights lose the ray of light.

I tried looking to buy them on ebay, from poland (It's fairly close). I seem to find a couple of used ("good condition") ones. However, who proves that those are in good condition and not rusted? Can someone give me some knowledge about this?

That's why I am scared to buy used parts from foreign countries.

Look at the pictures - that'll show you if it's rusted or not. If the reflectors are the only issue, then you can open the headlights and replace just the reflector.

How can you tell?

Rust usually happens to be above headlight bulb. Even if I would ask for a better photo, headlight lens would be a problem to look through.
