honda civic aerodeck vti ecu fuse problem
hi guys i have just got a 1998 honda civic aerodeck. it keeps blowing the ecu fuse, but when i remove the pgm-fi relay the fuse doesnt blow, but when its connected and i turn the key to ign 2 it blows any ideas please?
i have narrowed the problem down to 2 wires in the 10 pin connector on the left hand side of the engine bay nearest the battery. both wires are brown/black and on the diagram it says they are logic grounds. am i going down the wrong path here?? any ideas please

Problems with the ground wires won't blow fuses. Look for a live wire shorted to ground. I think the only thing after the relay is the injector circuit.

Yes when you turn the key on the relay closes and one lead of each injector is constantly energized with battery voltage. The ECU pulls the other lead to ground to open the injector.
