Default Hit A Hydro Pole

Ok today I was hanging out with a couple of my buddies and I was backing outta a small parkinging lot onto the road, I checked behind me and didn't see anything, and I was looking to my right seeing if it was ok to go, I slowly backed up keeping my eye if there was upcomming trafic, and KNOCK ! I reveresed rite into a wooden hydro pole.

I checked out the damage and found that u can clearly see the indent of the wooden pole about 2 cm deep, and the my rear bumper is bullging out about 1/2 cm from the sides outwards above my rear wheels.

My rear bumper fortunatley did not crack, but is it possible that the metal underneth my bumper is also indented cause the bumper by my rear fenders to stick out the extra 1/2 inch now? and also would i be able to tap out the 2 dents in my tailgate if I remove some of the rear panels from the inside?

Btw Its a photoshop I made, Its took dark to take pics rite now.
Need help plz.

its probably bulging out because the brackets holding the bumper on were bent, not because the actual metal bumper support is bent.

Anything I can do about the tailgate part with the inward dents with those? and if I eleminated those, would my tailgate line up flush again where my rear lights are cause rite on the left side of the tailgate is stickin 1/2cm outwards and the right side is sticking 1/2cm inwards
