well captain attitude I think he was trying to solve your problem with a BETTER idea....
As far as I know there aren't any swap in stock alternators with higher output...
Getting anything to mount to the pulley system is WAY too much of a pain to make it worth it... unless you've got a CNC machine to pump out cad drawn brackets for you.... I'd go with the ebay re-winds...
Honda isn't going to provide a high amperage alternator unless there's a NEED for it... unless you find out one of the hybrid's (gas/electric) has an alternator that can swap in I don't think you're going to find one that will suit you needs.

Stock civic alt is 70 amps.
Try the Acura Integra GSR alt as it is a 90 amp output. You better check that it spins in the same direction and the belt can be used. Other than that, good luck.
Ebay has high output alts for most civics, I believe the outputs range from 130 amps and up.
