high 12 sec b16a 95 civic hb cx??
i have a 95 civic hb cx on 16x7 rims on street tires and i want to build it to a high 12 second car w/o nos and boring out the engine. iv been told with just the motor it will run 14.5 what mods would help it get down to high 12's or 13 flat?
please dont leave any messages telling me to search cuse ive done it for the last week and still doing it - thanks

so just putting on the correct turbo on the b16a will get me to 13's flat 1/4 mile?
would i be able to get this time with a junkyard turbo?

No man you need this:
1. Good turbo set up look at the full race kit.
2. Lower compression ( turn up the boost)
3. Clutch and flywheel
4. LSD
5. slicks
6. $$$$
7. Patience
8. $$$$$

NOS is not Nitrous Oxide... NOS is a company that make bottles and solenoids to work with Nitrous. Just like JG, Zex, NX, etc... This drives me nuts, I always hear people say "He has NNOOOSSSS". The correct way would be "He has Nitrous". Thank you for indulging my tangent. Matt
P.S. This weekend I am putting JG and Zex in my car.

with a turbo kit, tuning, and slicks you should be able to bust 12's on a stock b16................a set of gsr cams in a b16 will giv you a longer duration too and a clutch would be nice

it sounded like you wanted to do this all motor? if so its MUUUUCH easier the lighter your car. i have a friend who runs 12.80's in an 87 crx. i think it weighs like 1500lbs. high *** compresion. and aparetnly ctr cams although im not sure i believe that claim..good luck what ever you do

Drag_Racer_Dru on this board had a 92-95 Civic that ran high 12s with a b16a. This was years ago when not many Dohc's were much faster too
