well first find out if the headlights are H4. You will def. need the lamps, the ballast and most of the CL wiring. The ballast should have their own power source that leads to the battery in addition to the headlight on/off signal.

You have to convert D2R base to H4 and some wiring, then you are done.
I don't think you will need the shields because it's already painted on the bulb.
