HID onto EK
I connect the 12v ballast power wires to the headlight wire harness. I turn on the headlights and the HID bulb illuminated for about 3 seconds then went out. At first I thought I blew my bulb or ballast, but I plugged it directly to the battery and it works fine.
So now I'm searching for a blown fuse. I search everywhere but I don't find anything. The weird thing is that the other side of the headlight still has power. So I take the ballast and bulb over to the other side and plug it in. Same thing happened again as the first side. Now none of the headlight wire harnesses have any power.
What can it be? Does each headlight have it's own fuse? Does anyone know why it does this? TIA...

Re: HID onto EK (GapxGuy)
there is a fuse for all 4 lights high and low l and r . Mkae sure the high beams are not on , mine will not illuminate with hthem on. You usuallyhave to replace the fuses to a 20 amp as well
