Hesitation at partial throttle. Things to check?

I just recently replaced the plugs thinking it may be them.
No check engine lights.

It comes and goes after the car has been driving for about 30 minutes or so.

ok i just had that same prob...try changing the injector caps ..it worked for me

O2 sensor might be on it's way out as well. They don't always throw a CEL right away.
