Hesitation at low RPMs
Today, on the way back home from work, after getting off the highway I experienced some hesitation at low RPMs in the lower gears. 1st, 2nd and sometimes 3rd consistently at about 1000 rpm the car will hesitate and shake real hard. I work ~70 miles from home, take the highway 60miles and get off and go 10miles in the city. No problems on highway, just after getting into the city. I shut off the car at home for an hour and restarted and took it around, it still did it, but it was much less severe.
Car is 95 del sol d15b7, all stock, dist/plugs/wires in last 3 months
145k w/ original clutch and timing belt
Any advice? Thanks

Re: Hesitation at low RPMs (solstice)
it could be the timing. if it lags at low gears but runs okay in higher gears or higher rpms you should check your timing belt. it may have jumped or it may need to be replaced already.
