I would say that has something to do with the similarity in the headlight shape compared to the rectangular Accord lights. So it comes off almost like an Accord with a body kit at first glance.

Okay....
If it's a kit, it should basically be bolt on, though some modification might be needed since kits are rarely perfect. Perhaps it will even come with directions.
If it's not a kit (which I believe it is), then you're going to have to cut the fenders in half and weld them together to make it fit. Other modification might be needed.
I've never seen it done, but I figure it's probably basically just a body kit of some sort.
I guess I just get confused on why some questions are posted. I mean, read the site and there aren't a whole lot of people into rice (that is, neon lights, body kits, big whels, etc). And then people will post asking what we think of them buying some body kit. Those posts always attratch a few people who, though they have no help to offer the OP, come in and ask why the other posters have to post saying they don't like whatever was posted.

The OP does not have a '96-'00 Civic. He has a '93 Civic coupe, a 5th gen, which is much cheaper than the '95-'98 240SX.

oops. i mis-read and thought he had 96-00 civic, my bad.
but still, all the money he has to input to finish his work, wouldn't that sums up near of getting a 240?

Just because he likes the front end, I don't think that means he has to want a 240SX.

Damn I was looking at his Kit and the head lights along are $500+. WHat a total waste of money. That means if he bought the entire kit he spent $1500+ and could easily spend another $1500 at a body shop to get it put on. Then there is paint. Wow. Man you must be ballin is this is just a little extra cash.

I have a picture at school,I will post it tommorow.
Its a red hatch and it looks crazy good. I dont think it looks ricey but I wouldnt spend that much money on headlights. Its not as bad as it sounds.

Re: HELP WITH S14 FRONT END CONVERSION! (slodel)
actually, the other day at my work i saw an integra with an s15 front end.
i saw the front first, with the FMIC, and i was like ohh snap its a s14.5.. then i look at the side and im like.. this doesn't look like a s14 but it does look familiar.. take it to the rear and i realise it's a DC with s2k rear tail lights to boot.
i must admit, it did look A LITTLE sexy (i have a fetish for s15's....) but definately not for me

Re: (NOFX)
the only conversion I like is a type r front on an eg hatch, and then all the normal conversions too
the rest of them look like they were plucked apart, rolled in rice, and set to dry.. to body kits and weird conversions
also it would be good to know about what your getting into before you do it
