HELP: Replacing the city/driving lights 2001 Civic

How do I replace that small bulb? I can't seem to see a place to unscrew it without taking the whole headlight assmebly out.

Look at your owners manual. Basic maintenance like that is always explained.

It's my friends car and we don't have access to the owner's manual right now. Anyone else know off the top of their head?
