Default Help Remove AC

Hey guys im gonna gut my AC and was wondering what exactly do i need to do behind the dash to rid all of the system. I ahve the dash off but im confused from here on out. If you guys have like a link with pics to help me out, that would be awsome, as im more of a visual learner. Thanks

i removed AC on my 93 coupe because it was in the way of my headers from my swap.. i hope you don't need to know how to unbolt the compressor and take the fan out and ****. Basically to gut it i just took the main components out first, and then ripped/unbolted the lines/hoses. The in-dash **** i never messed around with, i just use the A/C button for my fog lights

well, if you want to take out the box, it's behind your glove compartment. i dont recommend doing it cause later down the line, you'll realize that you were a dumbass for taking it out and might want to put it back in. just remove the compressor, evap canister, fan, condensor and the hardlines and be done with it

lol I never really use it anyways. This car is my toy and probably wont be my daily. regardless i just cruise most of the time with the windows down . **** AC wastes gas.
