right click on the picture you want to post, goto properties, highlight the addrss shown, copy it, click image in the post console and left click paste the address between the img thingies

you have to host it in yahoo or imagestation upload the pic in there and when you do that get the web addy of the folder that its in. Now when posting click on the image and youll see [img][/img] put the web addy of where the pic is and dont forget to take out the jpg.orig at the end

Go to a website that will host your pic. like http://www.imagestation.com Upload the pic. then right click it, copy the URL. then come here and post it.
