For any over spray that's not on the body like on your weather stripping use brake dot 3 or denatured alchohol me, I would say use brake dot 3 on the engine bay but,just a little on a rag then work it as soon as the over spray comes out wash it really well and I don't care about what anybody has to say about this method I've done it to a black 68 elcamino paint was still great

If it's bad enough the clay bar doesn't work, the usual method is to cut and polish the paint. Much harder to do on ridged surfaces like the fender bolt lip.
If you do try the brake fluid like one poster suggests, I would say it would need a cut and polish anyway just to remove any hazing of the old soft clear coat (honda original paint) caused by the chemical (brake fluid).
