Default Need help on removing little black stains on paint surface...

I notice my civic has lots of (very little) black stains spots all over the car, that cause the car of not having a smooth surface. I been using Meguiar's Paint Cleaner, Bug and Tar remover, and Polishing Compound but still would not remove it at all.

The only way I can remove the stain is use my finger nail to scratch it off. But it will take too long to remove all the stain, because there are like millions of these very little stain all over the car paint surface.

So does anybody know how to remove these black stains without harming the paint and clear coat of the car. Let me know please thank you...

Use some sort of clay bar paint cleaner and it should take it right off. Mother's makes one, as does Meguiar's.

A friend of mine used some professional clay on his ITR that he got at a paint supply shop.

I used Meguiars Body Scrub and a lot of elbow grease to get rid of some overspray from when the building at work got painted. It worked very nicely.

Or use the ever popular paint unfriendly bug and tar remover. I believe that is probably tar you are picking off of your car. I'm sure the clay bar treatment is 100 times better than that bug and tar remover, but it works alot quicker I think. My roommate is a paint and body guy so I'll let him deal with it when it ruins the paint job. ; )

best thing is clay, but I have heard that a little coca-cola will do that trick.

Thanks guys for suggesting me to use clay, Clay really works great. But it took me more than 6 hours to get it all off my car. Now my car mad smooth.
