Default help low profile tires

i am planning to get low profile tires, however i would like to noe the negative effects of having them on my car??? can someone please tell me the negative aspects of having low profile tires on my 92 civic?

What size tire are you going to run?

They'll result in a harsher ride. Not that it was smooth to begin with...

im going to put 17 " tires , will it hurt my suspension and other parts of my car as well??

205/40/17

It won't hurt anything, but stay away from the potholes.

EK = 96-00 Civic

Get whatever size wheels look good to you.

i had (key word is HAD) 215/35/18 on my eg when i bought it now has 205/40/16

The 215s had to rub if you were lowered.

205/40/17 is much more common.

It sounds like you're new to everything regarding cars. IF i were you, I'd spend a lot more time here seeing what's practical and more close to the newer scene.

I recommend OE wheels or Rotas. Oh ****, here comes the bashing
