Default help with interior lights, driving me crazy

this is 97 civic ex coupe, if i turn on the headlights on headlight works fine but all the cluster light, and climate control light wouldn't turn on... but dome light works..

but then, after drive awhile, all the lights comes on again.. any idea what this might be?

thanks in advance!
