Default Help with idle or probaly bad iacv?

Hi guys got a 96 ek hatch with a h22a swap..
My car idles really high as in 1500 then when it gets hot it goes to 1900-2000 and sometimes it bounces up and down..In the picutres as you can see when i dont have this fuel or vacum hole plugged, it drives better like that but when i plugg it in it stalls and dies out even tryed adjusting the idle screw..But when i turn on the a/c my idle drops down to 900-1100 but sometimes the idle bounces up and down still. So anyone can help me out what to do??
This first pic is the hole that is not plugged

The second pic is the line that suppose to go in the first pic

This last pic is how i leave it to drive around
