Rear side panels:
You have to take the rear seat out, then there's a few other screws holding it.
Once you take those out, take the speaker grill off and there's another screw there (might as well take the speakers out too) and a few pins in the trunk.
Once you take all of those out, just gently pull on the panels (there are some tabs holding it in place, but they'll pop out easily.

Re: (pinoyboiwonder)
You will have to remove the side panels to get to those vents.
Well... maybe not remove the whole panel, but at lest pry open the rear part.
I believe there's either two or four plastic pins that you can remove using a screw driver.
Then you have to make sure it's not hooded up to the side panels at the bottom.
Lastly, pull on it upward... I think.
Sorry, I can't remember exactly how it goes, it's been a while.

which panels are you exactly talking about/
the small panel in the middle (which will be located rite infront of ur tummy when u are opening ur trunk) is sticking with the car by clips.. so u have to pull that **** out pretty hard.. after that, the two side panels.... you must take about speaker covers, since they will have screws inside of it.. unscrew any bolts u see..
oh by the way you gotta take rear seats out before you remove any panels..
just pull panels and see if they have any screws holding inside.. in that way u will not break the panels.. just do it slowly and carefully.. unbolt anything u see.. that's all i can tell ya

Pull it upward, at your face. It's held on there pretty tight, just get your finger under there and start working it off. You do NOT have to remove the rear seats in order to get this panel off.

He wants to get to the the air vents, in which case, he will have to remove the rear seats, because the vents are behind the side panels (Underneath the taillights), not the little square panel (although this panel has to come off to remove the side panels).
