Default help: help get rid of code 43 fuel system supply and code 41 primary o2

move to technical, if necessary... didnt know whether or not to put into this or a technical forum...

yeah i got two codes on my low compression built b18a1 with a b18b1 head.. its sleeved, pistons, rods, the works on the bottom end to withstand high boost...

well i got these two codes, code 43 and 41, fuel system supply and primary o2... when i put the motor in i figured the o2 was going out.. but then i picked up the fuel system supply pretty recently...

do you think if i replace the o2, the fuel system code will turn off.. if not, what can be done to turn it off... fuel filter, pump, etc?

the idle stays pretty steady, and the car run strong still... but i know i cant get into closed loop w/o the o2 replaced... but i dont ever recall getting dtc43 on any of my past cars.. thats why i feel lost..

thanks in advanced,
shaun

41 Primary oxygen sensor heater
If that's the case, it's the heater inside the O2, and that means you have to get a new O2 sensor.
43 have you checked your psi off of your fuel filter?

A fuel supply system code can be generated from a problem with your oxygen sensor.

In the Honda service manual it specifically states that if you are trouble shooting a code 43 you must first take care of a code 41 if that code is also stored, meaning a code 41 problem can trigger a code 43.

9 times out of 10 replacing the primary o2 sensor with a genuine Honda, NTK, or Denso o2 sensor both codes will clear out. Just be sure to do the ECU rest proceudre by either removing the ECU fuse of disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes to rest the codes after your repair.
