I had the same problems before also. Check all the fuses, when checking the fuses look at the fuse box and look for any kind of short/blow. I checked every fuse/relay/wiring and it was all good. Finally noticed the wiring blew in my fuse box because the previous owner put the wrong fuse in and there was a short (I noticed when I saw burnt plastic on the box under the fuse). Replaced the fuse box and had no more problems. I wouldn't imagine this is that common of a problem but it's easy to check and you can cross one more possibility off the list. As for only cluster problems, take it out and check the back circuit.
