Default HELP fuse digram!

JDM 91 civic sir (B16A)
hey does anybody know the thread size of the bolts that hold the seats down (eg civic). my car came with only 2 bolts in each seat and there not even the right ones so i cant go to canadian tire and compare.

also, my front interior light doesnt work. its like a little light thats turned on manually(not the one that turns on when door opens) i think the problem might be with the switch because last year it would randomly work but only if i pushed the switch hard enough. what are things i should look for. i will first check the bulb of course but what else after?

Does anybody know if my fuses will match up with usd? its all in japanese so i was wandering if i could pick up, or even print out a diagram of the fuses in english. the fuse box under the steering colum.
thanks for all the help
