Default Help: A few wiring questions with my swap

Chassis: 1998 Honda Civic CX HB 5spd
Motor: 1999 Honda Civic Si B16A2
Ecu: P28 OBD1

I have done some researching on both this website and on google but I haven't come up with examples/diagrams/descriptions of what exactly I am looking for.

I am using the engine wiring harness out of my cx 3dr and adding plugs as needed from the donor car's engine harness.

Here are my questions:

1. CKF sensor: First off... being that I have an OBD1 ecu, I don't think I even use this sensor (correct me if I am wrong). If I need it, the B16A2 uses a 2 wire plug and the D16Y7 uses a 3 wire plug. I am not sure how to rewire this plug.

2. IAC Valve: Same scenario as above. The B16A2 is a two wire plug and the D16Y7 is a 3 wire plug. Not sure how to rewire this.

3. O2 Sensors: I am pretty sure I only use the Primary O2 sensor and just leave the Secondary plug hanging somewhere? Correct me if I am wrong.

4. Does anyone have a pin readout for the p28 ecu? I am looking for the VTEC Selonoid and pressure switch trigger wires.

Thanks guys,
Greg
