Default Help with Engine Problem

Hello everybody, as you may know; I'm a noobie here! I wanted to ask if anyone can help me with my 95 Civic.

Problems:
Radiator Tube to Engine is Broken; so it is leaking.
Engine is heating up.
Smoke is coming out of engine.
So far the engine light came up once.
The car is making noise as i drive - like a reving noise.
Can't go over 80km/h.

I tried driving home slowly as possible and i made it. Any help will be greatly appreciated. And if i get it fix, ill post up pics of it; had it for 4 years now.

radiator is just a simple heat disperse device.it does not have sensors or any electric connects to it. the sensor is on fan. anyways. replace the hose and refill the coolant to its spec and insepect engine temp and see if any problems occurs

Yes, replace the "bad" parts so those can be taken out of the equation. Place the hose, refill with coolant, and "bleed" the cooling system of any air. Bleeding in a nut shell : Refill with coolant, start the car, open up the radiator cap, turn the heat on 3/4ths of the way to full heat and turn on the fan to 1 or 2, let idle until bubbles stop appearing, then done! While in there, make sure the fan turns on when you reach operating temps and that the lower radiator hose gets warm too at operating temps.

GL!
