i just recently converted my 00 dx hatch with 00 si power windows and now sometimes when i try to start my car, my fuel gauge will drop down and my car will die out...i would have to turn the ignition to the on position where all the lights on the gauge turns on and then i would tap the floor harness right by the kick panel where the floor harness meets the fuse box..as i do that the seat belt light will kick on and then my fuel gauge will slowly go up to its original level....then it would start right after..

i know its an electrical issue, something is shorting or ground idk? i really need help...there are two grounds on the floor harness which each consist of 3 wires...one under the seat part close to the seat belt harness and the other by the kick panel rite by the fuse box...anyone, help me pls...
