Icon4 Help! D16y7 header test pipe and catback

I want to buy a new exhaust and I found the one I want, now the issue is how to hook up the o2 sensors. I have a bone stock 1998 Honda civic dx coupe and the catalytic converter is part of my exhaust manifold. so both of my o2 sensor's have relatively short wires. do I need to extend both or just the secondary? doing this litterally as cheap as I can. I already know I will need a o2 cel eliminator for the secondary o2 that will be screwed into the test pipe. I want to put the primary at the end of the 4-2-1 header and the secondary into the test pipe. What size extenders do I need? am I missing anything?
**if you have not done this on a car just like mine(98 Honda civic dx coupe with d16y7) do not voice you opinion unless you are 1000% positive it will work. I don't want a cel and I can't afford a cat right now

if you're really trying to do this cheaply, extend the wires yourself. i was able to make the primary reach on mine, secondary needs extended. that blox thing is a rip off, a $4 spark plug non fouler from your local parts store is the exact same thing. be advised, even with the o2 spacer, there is no guarantee that you will have no cel.

just looked at the exhaust. i feel the low budget situation, and an ebay cat-back will USUALLY get the job done for a couple years, but the headers are total garbage, and i will dig the pics of the ebay test pipes i have up, they both came apart at the welds in a perfect circle. and yes, you can afford a converter. $80 cat back: Special Offer 96-00 Civic 4.5 Inch Tip Steel Ss Catback Exhaust System Muffler | eBay

another cheap shitty header (used oem would be better): 4-2-1 Stainless Racing Header Manifold/Exhaust D-Series Civic EG EJ EK D15A D16A | eBay

total for an actual, functioning system: under 190, the stuff you posted = 210.

I don't want to weld a cat in place, if I ever wanted to change the catback I'd have to cut it. not my cup of tea. if I'm doing it it has to be bolt on

the cat will outlast the exhaust, lol. my local exhaust shop will add flanges for 50, or just buy this:, Evan Fischer Catalytic Converter for 96-00 Civic, 96-97 Accord, 96-98 Odyssey | eBay

knocks the total up $46 to 236, 5 year warranty on the cat. not bad for an extra $26.
