Help!! Clutch Hydraulic system.
I have a 1996 Del sol S
i came out to my car last week and the clutch went straight the the floor. I look under the dash the clutch master is leaking oil on the inside. So I go to advance auto parts and buy and new master and slave just because I'm already working on one might as well do the other too. I installed the parts bleed from the bottom at the slave and at the top with a vacuum dry bleed. No leaks, System fully pressurizes. However still zero clutch pressure and there is no movement at the fork. Tried bleed everything several times and nothing. Help!!

Was the clutch hard to press prior to the master cylinder getting replaced. Basically experienced everything you did and it was the clutch fork.

Re: Help!! Clutch Hydraulic system.
Did you play with the master piston rod? Did you make sure it was the same distance as the old master?
if you bled and got pressure make sure the rod is not too far out or in...
but bled it again using 2 person method as suggested.

First time I bled it was with someone press the clutch and I was opening and close the bleeder. Then tried the one man bleeder kit, then the dry vacuum bled kit. The distance in the rod was adjusted after it was installed.

Re: Help!! Clutch Hydraulic system.
Can you manually move the clutch fork?
If you unbolt the slave from the tranny, can u feel the plunger move if someone press on the clutch pedal?
Seem strange if u have good pressure but the fork doesnt move.
Defective slave maybe?
