Help
I was wondering if some could help me out with a problem, I have a 94 honda civic ex coupe, whenever im driving and I hit the brakes to stop I hear this loud popping noises continuesly until i let go of the brake or come to a stop , I jacked it up to take a look and my rack and pinion boots are both torn completely off could this cause that sound and do i have to replace the whole thing or could i just replace the boots let me know???
