Hey in tryin to install a camber kit and i have no idea how to seperate these two pieces

You might just have to use a ball joint press to get the ball joints out .

what part do you press? the whole thig? or do you have to snap out the ball joint or what?

if that's an upper control arm I think the balljoint is an integral piece...

so you just hook it up and keep tightening it till it pops apart?

it appears so:

BUT,i've never actually tried to seperate it,so i can't say for sure.
