Default hello, burning oil d16z6 after headgasket

hello, i am from austria, so my english is not soooo good :-) i hope i can write so, that u can understand what i am talking about :-)
now to my problem, i have an del sol build 1992, with an d16z6 engine. i have replaced my headgasket and my valve stem seals.. but the headgasket wasn´t broken, i replaced it, just because i have time for it., it wasn´t necessary. so since i replaced my headgasket my car needs much more oil than before.. before, i burned about 1 liter in 1000 km, now i need 1 liter for 200 km. and my car smokes a lot on load. my pcv valve is working, i also cleaned the pcv box under the intake. . when i take off thy intake (to clean the pcv box in the back) i saw, that oil was in the intake. my sparks are black ( burning oil) so what could it be? Thank you in advance for answers
greetings from austria :-)

you didnt mention that you had the head resurfaced, did you do that? thats essential on a head made of aluminum. if you didnt, youll need to get that done and replace the headgasket... again.

oh, i didn´t resurfaced it, because the face wasn´t spoiled. and, when the head is spoiled, than i have oil in my cooling system. isn´t it so`? i mean.. before the oil comes into the combustion chamber, i needs to get in the cooling chamber around the combustion chamber.. and i don´t have oil in my coolingsystem.. and the engine doesn´t needs water.. or burns it.. i think my headgasket is leak proof.

you HAVE to resurface it. aluminum heads need to be resurfaced each time they are removed.

if the rings were weak when you replaced the valve seals the rings went out for sure. its your rings.

Yeah that happened to me a while back, I bought a block and put my rebuilt head on it, 20 mins later the rings go out, it was lame.

Should run strong after a rebuild, even be ready for boost if you wanted. Also make sure you replace all bearings, when you replace the rings, and get the block honed. Then just slap it all back together with a new head gasket an BAM! Ready for boost. And I guess have the shop see if the head is level.
