Headlights dimming problem and start up.
Hey guys,
I have a 97 honda civic dx, with manual transmission. I noticed couple days ago that the headlights are dimming. It either happens when i just start the car or when going 60mph on the freeway. I am not sure if it is a battery or alternator problem or anything else for that matter. Any insight?
It also takes longer to start up when i am low on gas (1/4 left or below).

alot of old cars got startup problem ur best bet is to the fuel pump and gas also check distrubutor. for u headlights deiming could be cuz of something interfering like music to loud or could be alternator, take ur alternator of and bring it to a place to check it up or go to a mechanic and let them use a battery test thingy so they can check if ur alternator is good or not. be careful on finidng the right mechanic.
