Id venture a guess an electrical issue with your low beams, or that part of the bulb filament is broken, try another bulb then troubleshoot from there.

thats one of the filaments that broken, ive been driving arounsd wuth my high beams for a few days b/c the same thing happened to me and i dont want to get pulled over for a blown headlight.
