headlight problem 97 ek coupe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If anyone is available to help with advice I would greatly appreciate it!!! I own a 97 honda ek coupe (no aftermarket headlights/wiring, etc.) and i currently have a problem with my headlight main fuse (near my strut tower) blowing once i turn on my low beams. I already checked to ensure that none of the wires for my lights have been grounding out. I have also tested to see if the fuse will be blown without the headlights connected and the fuse still blows. My parking lights work fine, no problems with those. I also noticed that the only time my headlight fuse does not blow is when i have my high beams turned on, once I turn back over to low beam............the headlight fuse blows again........I am thinking that I have a bad relay for my high/low beam switch(located on my steering wheel column), though I have not been able to troubleshoot that yet.....If anyone has any other suggestions, pls reply or you can call me personally............thanks (717)304-0562

I'm having a similar problem with my 95 coupe, but havent had time to really trouble shoot it at all (start last night) no low beam on the drivers side but high beam works fine. First thought was just the bulb blew but its still intact. So when I get home I'll check that fuse that you said is blown on yours.

Get a multimeter and make sure the power wire to the headlight isn't grounded out... (check for ground or continuity from plug to chassis)
