headlight adjustments

can a 96-00 civic headlights be adjust vertically? i know they can be adjusted horizontally but i dont see where i can adjust the up/down. the dc's could be adust any whcih way pretty easily. pic would be great to explain where the adjusters are at. thanks

There is a short screw on the side, you really have to look in there to see it.

Yeah there should be two positioning wheels. Each one having a 10mm bolt. Just grab a wrench and start turning. Check your helms manual for detailed pics on how to adjust your headlights properly.

If you don't have a helms manual. GO BUY ONE!!!
